Awareness For The Heart Disease

1st February is celebrated as a national Red wear day in U. S to create awareness for the heart disease. Our red crescent society, celebrated red wear day and all the students and staff wore red. Not only we followed the red color but we had a CPR session in collaboration with FRIP (First Response Initiative of Pakistan) for which our students will get the certificates as well.

The CPR session covered how to deal with emergency situations and main focus was on how to save a life in case of heart attack, students learnt on mannequins how to give chest compression and rescue breaths. 30 compressions in 18 seconds with 2 rescue breaths.
